Conditions for Returns
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The goods were purchased within the last 7 days.
The goods are in their original packaging.
The goods must not have been installed, used, or soiled.
The original packaging must not be damaged, torn, or written on.
If it is determined that the part has been installed, used, or shows signs of installation, the return may be refused.
Incorrectly Ordered Part
In the event that an incorrect part has been ordered due to:
an incorrect VIN number provided,
inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer,
all return shipping costs and any additional delivery costs shall be borne by the customer.
Goods Not Eligible for Return
Goods made to the customer’s specifications or according to specific customer requirements.
Goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items by their nature.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions.
Returning Goods
The cost and risk of returning the goods are the responsibility of the customer.
The goods must be sent to an office of Econt or Speedy in the city of Yambol, Bulgaria.
We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipment. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable courier service. Refunds will only be issued after the returned goods have been received and inspected.
