1. Website Operator Information

The website https://autokit.pro (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) is operated by:

The Website does not operate as an automated online store. It is a platform for submitting inquiries and receiving individual offers for automotive parts and maintenance kits.

2. Purpose of the Website

AutoKit provides information about automotive parts and maintenance kits and allows users to submit inquiries for specific products.

Submitting an inquiry through the Website does not constitute the automatic conclusion of a sales contract.

A purchase agreement is concluded only after explicit confirmation by the Seller and acceptance of the individual offer by the customer.

3. Inquiry and Offer

Users may submit inquiries via the electronic form by providing the necessary information (including VIN number when applicable).

After receiving the inquiry, the Seller sends an individual offer via email or telephone.

The Seller reserves the right to:

• refuse to issue an offer

• refuse to fulfill an order

• correct technical errors in descriptions or pricing

4. Prices

All prices published or provided in individual offers are stated in евро (EUR).

Prices may be changed without prior notice.

The price valid for the customer is the one stated in the individual offer at the time of confirmation.

5. Payment

Payment is made via cash on delivery (COD) through a courier service, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Delivery

Delivery is carried out within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

Delivery to other European Union countries may be arranged individually.

The usual delivery period is between 1 and 5 business days after order confirmation, unless the product is out of stock or exceptional circumstances occur.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Conditions for return:

• the product must be in its original commercial condition

• it must not be installed or used

• it must be in its original packaging

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless a proven error has been made by the Seller.

8. Liability

AutoKit provides parts and kits based on the information supplied by the customer.

The Seller shall not be liable for:

• incorrect information provided by the customer (including incorrect VIN number)

• improper installation

• damages resulting from improper use

• incompatibility arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer

The Seller’s liability is limited to the value of the purchased goods.

9. Intellectual Property

All texts, images, logos, and content on the Website are the property of AutoKit and may not be used without prior written consent.

10. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legislation and the Privacy Policy published on the Website.

11. Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time.

Any matters not regulated herein shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
